“The Paint Your State/Command the Foreword assignment has now been completed,” Dutch Sheets announced in the September 1 Give Him 15 post.  IFA has been reporting on this initiative, and we’re so blessed by how many of you have taken part! All state borders have been covered, and intercessors have gone above and beyond the assignment to pray at every border county line, except for eight in the remotest parts of Alaska. 

On June 16 Sheets wrote, “These decrees would provoke the shaking that will bring us back into alignment with His declared purposes.” The anchors are where assigned intercessors have buried anchors and attached cables as a prophetic act to secure our nation “when the shaking comes.” Sheets shared a great teaching on what a prophetic act is.

Jacquie Tyre reported on how they buried an anchor and attached a cable at an undisclosed location in Georgia. She said: 

This has truly been a milestone time of the People of God coming together to collaborate without regard to division in order to accomplish the purposes of God in this hour.  Each one doing his or her portion has demonstrated the Kingdom in a beautiful and glorious way.  I’m honored to be a part of this growing company of Kingdom Saints across our state and nation!

Here’s what Sheets wrote about the arrowheads:

Why did Holy Spirit require the Ekklesia to take 300 arrowheads to Cape Henry, then Red River Meeting House, then bury six of them in each state? It seems obvious that He wanted to make a statement regarding the Native Americans. We must honor their role in our land, and God plans to include them in what He is about to do in America. Other prophetic acts are taking place in the actual planting of these arrowheads. God is leading teams to bury them in places that represent revival, the efforts of past generations, the shedding of innocent blood, government, borders, and more. As these instructions are obeyed, His authority is being activated, and power is being released.

Sheets sent six arrowheads to Karen Nicoli and her son Ben in Maui. They planted them on six of Hawaii’s eight islands: Maui, the Big Island, Lanai, Molokai, Oahu, and Kauai, commanding the foreword as they went. Karen was unable to join Ben for some the islands because of an injury, but she said, “We should be encouraging and building up the next generation, ready for the baton hand off in this relay race, which confirms the declaration of Robert Hunt in 1607, continuous generations fulfilling our Father’s will.” 

She reflected on the Maui fires: 

The Lord impressed upon me that the survival of the Banyan tree in Lahaina is a sign of Olam El, everlasting God. The banyan tree is an evergreen, and was imported from India as a gift to the Protestant missionaries. I heard the Lord say, it is a Tree of Hope. So far we have buried arrowheads at the base of evergreen type trees.

Karen expressed another confirmation that the Lord will use Native Americans in the coming revival: 

When I first moved to Maui 32 years ago, the Lord told me He was going to especially anoint and bless our native Hawaiians.  He said in this last great outpouring of His Holy Spirit nations will ask for Hawaiians to come and minister because of their pure hearts and motivations.

Here’s another moving report from Hawaii by R. Ventura: 

We felt we were to go to the top of Haleakala (the highest peak on Maui) to make the Declarations.  We set the date of August 26, and checked with the pastor who “covers” us (makes sure we are accountable).  He felt that for this type of warfare, we needed someone with Hawaiian blood.  He connected us with a pastor who is native Hawaiian.  Everything was a “go.” Then on August 8, the devastating fires hit our island.  As August 26 drew closer, I was sure it would get cancelled due to the heavy demands on our pastors, ministering to the hurting people.  We knew the assignment was supposed to be completed before Sept. 1.  Then on Aug. 21, the pastor said, “Are we still going?” And we were on. On August 26, we drove to the top of the crater, and while standing, looking in the direction of Lahaina (thick clouds shrouded the view) we took communion, made the declarations (all four of them), sounded the conch shell and two shofars, and scattered salt, blessing the land.

Kevin Boggs and his wife drove from South Carolina to Colorado Springs to volunteer with Mario Murillo and Lance Wallnau. He wrote: 

In that time we anointed the tires of our car to take back every mile we traveled for God. We painted over 3,600 miles before our trip ended. We painted borders and highways in SC, NC, TN, KY, IL, MO, KS, and CO. We prayed at the border of every state and visited many locations and prayed repentance for atrocities and Kansas’ history of bloodletting (border wars and abortion) and slavery. Praise God we were able to pray over so much of the U.S. and watch God save 100’s if not 1,000’s in the Springs.

Carol Kemp posted about “a most incredible time praying the prayers provided for us and COMMANDING THE FOREWORD!!!!!” She and her sister Katherine and a friend, Angela, spent two Wednesdays to cover more than 400 miles and five county border crossings in Florida and Alabama. Kemp wrote:

The first Wednesday we left the house at 6 a.m. The LORD had us to go to the county seat of the First Judicial Circuit of Florida in Santa Rosa County. We got there as the sun was rising (like everywhere else we have had extreme heat of upwards 100 + degrees), and we walked with prayers in hand proclaiming the Word of God over this region. We put on the full armor of God and decreed that satan is under our feet. As we approached the front of the courthouse a snake was on the pavement—dead! The weirdest thing was there were no marks on the snake at all. But to us it was a sign that truly the evil one IS under our feet and we walk in the authority of Christ. Two deputies came out and we pointed out the snake to them. One of them wondered if he could help us. We told him we were praying for our State and in particular the safety of the courthouse employees, etc. The deputy said, “Please pray for all law enforcement. Suicide rates are at an all time high in law enforcement and morale is extremely low. Then he said, “My wife took her life two years ago.” We asked him then and there could we pray for him, which we did. After praying he asked us if he could hug us and thanked us profusely for praying. We knew then we were on assignment from the LORD and everywhere our feet touched we were taking back territory from the evil one for the Kingdom of God.

Kemp had one more story: 

This past Wednesday we traveled the extreme far west region of Florida to Perdido Key. This was our first border crossing of the day. After getting out of the car and crossing the highway to the state sign and COMMANDING THE FOREWORD prayers, we poured out water on the ground and asked Holy Spirit to come and refresh this dry and thirsty ground and pour out streams of Living water on the state of Florida. Simple prayer. There was such a heavy anointing that two of us grabbed each other’s arm to steady ourselves. I said to my sister and Angela after crossing the highway to our car, “God is on a rescue mission to save this generation.” That night I texted the ladies and said there is something about the Perdido Key crossing and that we need to keep praying for that area. The next morning I was curious as to what perdido meant so I looked it up. Perdido means lost, abandoned, missing, irreparable, etc. I believe that this state crossing is used by traffickers, etc. He is coming to save America and rescue the youth of this generation. AMERICA WILL BE SAVED.

She closed her post by sharing what many have expressed in various ways on these posts on www.HeadlinePrayer.org and www.GiveHim15.com/groups: “What a complete joy it has been to be a part of an assignment of the LORD.”

I had intended to share this video of me praying at the borders of Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida last week, but I ran out of time. How much more appropriate to pair it with Kemp’s amazing stories: 

Sheets said, “We will continue to pray for our borders and our nation, as I sense that September and the following months are critical. We must do our part through prayer and spiritual warfare.”
